ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
At Vintage Beauty Care, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, fair, and hassle-free.

ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
After 12 hours, orders are automatically processed to ensure fast delivery and cannot be cancelled.

HOW TO CANCEL
To request a cancellation, please:

Email us immediately at myhairbyvintage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Or call/WhatsApp us at +234‑908‑474‑7736 within the 12-hour window.

NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
All custom orders of wigs, bundles with customizations, or pre-orders (like sistalocs) are non-cancellable once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.

REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

ORDER REFUSAL UPON DELIVERY
Refusing delivery does not count as a valid cancellation. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return fees before any refund is issued.
