CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
* Grace period: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of checkout by emailing support@[your‑site].com with your order number.
* After 12 hours: Orders move immediately into fulfillment; cancellation is no longer possible once processing begins or a tracking number is generated.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Because human hair is a hygienic product, only items that meet all of the conditions below are returnable:
* Reported as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly packed (e.g., wrong length, texture, or quantity).
* Unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, uncut, and un‑dyed, with the factory ties, lace, and security seals fully intact.
* Returned in the original packaging within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
Hair that has been installed, colored, chemically processed, or removed from its protective ties cannot be accepted for return under any circumstance.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
* Request authorization: Email support with clear photos or video of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
* Receive RMA & label: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, if the error is ours, a prepaid shipping label.
* Ship back within 5 days: Items must arrive at our facility within 5 calendar days of RMA issuance; otherwise, the authorization is void.
4. INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
* Upon receipt, products undergo a recorded quality inspection lasting 1–2 business days.
* If the return is approved, you may choose either:
• A replacement/exchange (subject to inventory), or
• A refund to the original payment method.
5. REFUND TERMS
* Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection approval; posting time may vary by issuer.
* Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a carrier‑verified transit damage.
* We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
6. NON‑RETURNABLE & FINAL‑SALE ITEMS
* Custom or special‑order textures, lengths, or colored bundles/wigs.
* Clearance or “final sale” items explicitly marked on the product page.
