RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Vintage Beauty Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Because human hair is a hygienic product, only items that meet all of the conditions below are returnable:

Reported as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly packed (e.g., wrong length, texture, or quantity).
Unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, uncut, and un‑dyed, with the factory ties, lace, and security seals fully intact.
Returned in the original packaging within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
⚠️ Installed, coloured, chemically treated, or untied hair cannot be returned under any circumstance.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Request authorization: Email support with clear photos or video of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
Request authorization is approved.
Ship back within 5 days: Items must arrive at our facility within 5 business days of approval; otherwise, the authorization is void.

INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
Upon receipt, products undergo a recorded quality inspection lasting 1–2 business days.
If the return is approved, you may choose either:
A replacement/exchange (subject to inventory), or
A refund to the original payment method.

REFUND TERMS
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection approval; posting time may vary by issuer.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a carrier‑verified transit damage.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number.

NON-RETURNABLE & SALE ITEMS
All special customised or special‑order textures, lengths, or coloured bundles/wigs, pre-orders like sistalocs.
Clearance or “sale” items explicitly marked on the product page.
